I my last post I said KONY2012 is wrong. This one is about a few ideas on how we can deal with the Konys of the world? I am looking at some actions that the developed world should take and some that it should desist from.
The Kony2012 campaign has managed to grab a lot of mind space over the last few days. While there is no doubt that the campaign has raised awareness amongst the hitherto unaware of the issue of child soldiers, it also poses questions. Will it make a difference? Do the solutions proffered sound realistic? My musings…….
